    FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

    Fontaine Swope planted herself firmly in the events industry in 1996 with the start of Event Logistics Inc., producing events for the first Atlanta Super Bowl. She led her company to produce hospitality programs at the 1996 Olympics for notable brands such as Anheuser-Busch, USA Today and more, landing a mention in the Wall Street Journal for the article titled “Companies To Watch”. 30 years later, ELI Marketing has maintained a reputation of top-notch service and execution, producing experiences for brands such as ESPN, Google, BP, Maxim and more.

  • TRENT TERRY

    EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

    Trent Terry is a seasoned connoisseur in event design with extensive knowledge of design trends in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the ELI Marketing team, Trent excelled in the industry through various roles in some of the world’s most lavish affairs. He focuses on the guest experience through meticulous space planning and has played an integral role in the design and furniture procurement for décor-driven, star-studded events including the Oscars Governors Ball and the Emmys Governors Ball, among others.

    MANAGER, OPERATIONS

    Having over thirty years of experience in the events and event marketing arena, Cary Ryan is a master of event operations and logistics. She brings her passion for the details and guest experiences to every project with a focus on client satisfaction and premium service. She has operated events in conjunction with the 1996 Olympics, NASCAR, and over 10 Super Bowls along with serving notable clients such as BNY Mellon, Baker Hughes and CFP Media Operations.

    PRODUCER

    With over 14 years of experience in the events industry, Sarah Bett is a skilled professional with knowledge of all aspects of events from logistics and design to operations and most importantly, client experience. She is detail oriented and thrives in making each event experience tailored to her client’s wishes. After owning her own company for 8 years, she joined the ELI team having worked with the team throughout the years for brands such as Wheels Up, Maxim, ESPN and College Football Playoff. 

  • GRACIE HAMILTON

    COORDINATOR

    Gracie brings a passion for events, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong foundation in event design and logistics. Before joining ELI Marketing, she worked on Mack, Jack & McConaughey, Dancing with the Stars Austin, and the Texas Medal of Arts. Her broad experience spans sports-related events, upscale fundraisers, and corporate branding. Gracie plays a key role in every event, contributing to all aspects of production.

  • DENEEN ROBERT

    DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

    With over 35 years of experience in small business accounting, Deneen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ELI Marketing. Her background spans industries such as Insurance, Printing, Construction and Medical, where she developed strong skills in organization, efficiency and financial management. She is highly proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software, ensuring accurate processes. Before joining ELI, she spent 9 years as Finance Manager of a soccer marketing company. A proud mother of five adult children, Deneen brings structure and clarity to ELI Marketing’s financial operations.
